Robert Merkley graduated with honors from Arizona State University with
a degree in Finance. He has experience in computer programming, accounting and
investment analysis, as well as, general business consulting. He has
specialized in the area of qualified plans since 1984.

Sharon K. Newman has a degree in Accounting, but has specialized
in the area of qualified plans since 1986. She is a member of the American
Society of Pension Actuaries and Western Pension & Benefits Conference.
Her specialty is working with defined contribution plans.

Michael J. Jensen has a degree in Personnel Management. He has worked
in the area of qualified plans since 1988. His specialty is in working with plans
which have individual-participant investment accounts or participant direction on
investment within pooled investment accounts.

Karen McLaws has specialized in the area of qualified plans since the late
1980s. She has extensive experience in plan design and the creation of
legal documents. Prior to entering the area of qualified plans, she served
a national company as a human resource, Regional Manager.

J. Michael Rogan has bachelor’s degrees in mathematics and music from Northern
Arizona University. He has worked in the area of qualified plans since 2004. His specialty
is defined benefit plans, and he is currently working toward obtaining his certification as
an Enrolled Actuary.

John W. Lawrence, Jr. provides actuarial support. His background includes
many years of experience in the private pension sector dealing primarily with
pension plans for small closely held businesses. His private pension experience
began in 1970 and he has provided actuarial services in the Phoenix area since 1982.
His professional credentials include that of a Fellow in the
Society of Actuaries and
an Enrolled Actuary.
